Day to day
- Own the product strategy for Non-steerable Asset Optimization within the Flex platform, translating customer needs into a clear roadmap and practical MVPs
- Collaborate with engineering and design to improve the utility-facing experience for Predictive Capacity Dispatch and ensure scalable, resilient dispatch workflows
- Conduct user research, define and track key metrics, and continuously learn from client feedback to refine the product and support demand response programs at scale
