Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, data science, computer science, statistics, mathematics) or equivalent experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with 4+ years of Analyst and/or Product Management experience, particularly in Agile environments
Proven ability to lead and manage a team, including setting goals and providing guidance and support
Understanding of basic data warehousing concepts and experience with data and analytic tools including dbt, SQL, Tableau, Looker
Experience using different project management tools such as Smartsheet & JIRA
Strong attention to detail and proven record of managing complex projects
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Nice to have

Experience working in the education technology field
Experience working with data products
Certification in a related process (PMP, Lean Sigma Six, Agile Scrum-master)
Experience working with large and complex datasets
Strong understanding of data governance and privacy issues

Day to day

We are looking for a talented and passionate Product Manager to join our Data team
The data department works across Amplify to empower all with accurate, reliable, governed data and analytic tools to make informed decisions
As a product manager, you will step into a key leadership role in Amplify’s data organization responsible for managing and prioritizing a roadmap for our data teams that delivers timely, actionable insights
Work with data impact partners, data teams and other key stakeholders to build a product roadmap aligned to company objectives
Discover the user stories behind the data needs and requests we hear
Take responsibility for successful delivery of quarterly projects, including establishing best agile practices
