Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience
- Proven record of launching and scaling mobile products
- Experience in social gaming real-money gaming or sweepstakes platforms preferred
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without formal authority
- Experience in mobile app development and lifecycle management
- Required analytical and decision-making skills with a data-informed mindset
- Proficiency with agile methodologies and tools such as Jira Confluence or Trello
- Excellent communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or technical degree a plus

Day to day
- Lead cross-functional sub-teams across Modo's product portfolio and own strategy delivery and optimization
- Define product vision roadmap and priorities that align with company goals and customer needs
- Partner with engineering design marketing and analytics to launch impactful features and improve product performance
- Use data research A/B testing and market trends to shape decisions create specifications and monitor KPIs
