Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience building B2B SaaS products
- Proven ownership of product areas from discovery through launch and iteration
- Strong product judgment and ability to make thoughtful trade-offs in fast-moving environments
- Experience working closely with engineering and design to deliver high-quality products
- Comfortable leading customer discovery and translating insights into product decisions
- Familiarity with AI tools and curiosity about emerging technologies
- Clear communication and ability to align teams around product direction and outcomes
- Previous experience in a startup or scale up environment

Day to day
- Talk to customers frequently to understand legal finance and governance workflows and where they break down.
- Set product direction and roadmap priorities by balancing customer needs company goals and technical feasibility.
- Partner with Engineering and Design to turn complex problems into thoughtful high quality product solutions.
- Make clear product decisions using customer insight market context and commercial inputs.
- Work with Sales Support and Implementation to support successful product launches and customer outcomes.
- Define product requirements and user stories so engineering teams can build efficiently.
- Stay current on industry trends regulatory changes and the evolution of governance operations.
- Use AI tools to prototype ideas accelerate discovery and explore better ways to solve customer problems.
