Day to day
- Partnering with cross-functional teams to shape the vision for data & informatics teams supporting care at home programs
- Developing offerings in collaboration with leaders at top-tier health systems
- Seeking user feedback, prioritizing requirements, and collaborating with design and engineering teams to bring features to market
- Being the voice of the customer within the engineering team, articulating user needs and values
- Educating users and stakeholders on new features, contributing to internal and external communications
- Documenting Product Requirement Documents and acceptance criteria for stories/epics
