Requirements
- 2+ years of product experience or equivalent hands-on ownership
- Experience with consumer-facing financial or cryptocurrency products is a strong plus
- Strong product sense and ability to simplify complex flows
- Comfortable working with engineers and understanding technical constraints
- Able to operate with ambiguity and make decisions without complete information
- Clear communication especially in async environments

Day to day
- Own and improve core product areas across the web platform including trading wallets onboarding and staking
- Work closely with engineering and design to deliver features and resolve issues
- Navigate legal compliance and technical constraints while prioritizing impactful improvements and supporting launches
