Requirements
- 3 years of experience in a hospital or healthcare product management
- Bachelor’s Degree in STEM or related field
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Public Health, or Product Development
- Experience with Agile, Design Thinking, and Lean methodologies
Day to day
- Manage product roadmap for digital products, from ideation to implementation
- Define customer and business requirements to develop solutions efficiently
- Ensure products align with enterprise strategic priorities and maintain relationships with vendors
- Partner with stakeholders to build, develop, and deploy digital products using Agile, Design Thinking, and Lean methodologies
- Evaluate product performance, conduct market research, and determine necessary improvements
