Requirements
- Approximately 5–7 years of product management experience
- Experience building rebuilding or significantly transforming a software product
- Experience owning a product from customer discovery through delivery and launch
- Strong customer-facing communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to turn complex feedback into clear priorities and requirements
- Comfortable working independently and making decisions with limited direction
- Driven organized and focused on meeting deadlines
- Open-minded and willing to challenge established ways of working
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with day-to-day execution
- Experience working with ERP commerce SaaS or other business software platforms
- Experience modernizing an established or legacy software product
- Familiarity with APIs integrations data flows and software development processes
- Experience directing distributed or offshore engineering teams

Day to day
- Own the future direction of the ERP platform and shape its long-term evolution.
