Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Marketing or Product Management.
- At least 3 years of experience as a product manager.
- Fluency in English with multilingual skills being a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Agile software development methodology.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace PowerBi Azure DevOps and Netsuite; familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud InVision and LucidCharts is preferred.
- Data literacy and ability to analyze data for business decisions.
- Excellent technical acuity and strong working knowledge of customer management systems.

Day to day
- Shape and facilitate the development of a new product offering in the Carbon markets space.
- Identify and drive improvements in the existing MVP and imagine new functionality for future development phases.
- Create and maintain user guides and help materials for Carbon analytical products.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate customer needs into business requirements.
- Collaborate with the UI/UX design team to create mockups of customer development requests.
- Document internal processes to optimize workflow and efficiency.
- Attend industry conferences and trade shows and conduct client visits to understand market needs and trends.
