• Engage directly with our community - talk to users and champion their voice internally - making sure we’re solving real customer problems.
• Align priorities with both user needs and business goals.
• Define and communicate the “why” and the “what” in a way that inspires your teams.
• Ship features that attract new users and keep them coming back.
• Set and track progress against key metrics - balancing speed with accuracy in a fast-moving environment.
• Work closely with engineering, art, design, QA and leadership teams to bring our product vision to life.
• Run experiments and gain conviction on opportunities to add value to our customers.
