What the job involves
Deep diving into our community, speaking to users and representing their voice to guide our decision-making. We have a strong data team but our product managers are the custodians of our customer’s voice.
Defining and communicating the why and the what- ideas come from everywhere, inside and outside of our business; your role is to collaborate and choose the best path.
Driving the design, development and implementation of experiences that drive habit formation among our customers.
Working closely with our cross-functional leadership to define and deliver our product roadmap.
Running experiments on bold bets to test hypotheses, gain conviction and identify new opportunities to drive value to our customers.
Communicating clearly with your team and cross-functionally to ensure you’re rowing in the same direction and continuously improving how you work together.
