• Oversee Future's proprietary email product SmartBrief.
• Serve more than 12 million readers and manage relationships with over 300 brands.
• Build the future of SmartBrief combining technical knowledge and creativity.
• Report to the VP Product & Marketing collaborating with multiple departments within B2B division.
• Maintain especially close relations with Tech Editorial and Partner Development teams.
• Evaluate and optimize the SmartBrief platform ensuring alignment with stakeholder needs.
• Deliver quarterly product performance and engagement reports.
• Conduct competitive analysis to maintain market edge.
• Oversee the redesign of newsletter templates with design and technical teams.
• Develop reporting and measurement tools with editorial.
• Manage new product and system deployment processes.
• Lead product training and create/manage documentation FAQs user guides and specifications.
• Create marketing collateral including one-pagers and product guides to generate demand.
