Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
- 2+ years of Product Management or product-adjacent experience
- Experience shipping features with Engineering teams in agile environments
- Strong analytical skills using product metrics to inform decisions
- Clear concise communication and spec writing skills
- Proficiency with Jira Confluence Figma or Productboard
- Ability to identify technical risks and articulate technical requirements
- Understanding of regulatory and operational constraints in healthcare and pharmacy

Day to day
- Own the roadmap for a defined product area and deliver initiatives that improve patient care and pharmacy operations
- Translate business clinical and operational needs into clear product requirements and specifications while partnering with Engineering Design and Data
- Drive discovery prioritization and execution end to end and use customer research data analysis and KPI insights to validate and iterate on features
