Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant industry experience including 2+ years in Product Management
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with STEM preferred
- Experience on a cross-functional product team for a significant product area
- Experience crafting product vision strategy and requirements and coordinating resources from other groups
- Experience managing a product through multiple life cycle phases
- Proven ability to drive material improvements in product performance and team effectiveness
- Demonstrated ability to analyze large complex data sets and make data-driven decisions
- Experience integrating diverse user requirements into a coherent product strategy
- Experience leading and motivating a product team and collaborating with partner teams
- Strong communication skills with extreme clarity for complex messages

Day to day
- Lead a product area by defining success metrics prioritizing problems and shaping strategy aligned to organizational goals
