Day to day
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for revenue cycle initiatives from discovery through launch and post-launch optimization.
- Define and execute a clear product strategy and roadmap that drives measurable business outcomes and value delivery.
- Partner across operations engineering compliance and clinical teams to build test deploy and continuously improve reliable solutions.
- Monitor OKRs data flows and billing quality to identify errors measure impact and strengthen revenue cycle performance.
- Manage vendor relationships and SLA performance to resolve defects and keep the digital portfolio aligned with operational needs.
