  • 3+ years in B2B SaaS or marketplaces with proven metric impact
  • Strong understanding of unit economics including LTV CAC payback and contribution margin
  • Hands on user research experience with real synthesis work
  • Ability to quantify product ideas before development starts
  • Experience using SQL Amplitude BigQuery or similar data tools
  • English C1+ with sharp clear communication
  • AI first working style to 3x output
  • High ownership and strong decision making in ambiguity

Day to day

  • Own the outward half of the product including users market and the what and why
  • Talk to buyers power accounts and churned users and turn conversations into decisions
  • Improve onboarding buying experience lead quality retention and monetization by finding the weakest link and fixing it
  • Write one page briefs grounded in evidence expected impact and measurable upside
  • Ship experiments weekly kill failures fast and scale winners
  • Pull and analyze your own data to guide product decisions and track competitor moves closely
