Requirements
- 4-8 years of Product Management experience
- Early-stage startup experience
- Proven end-to-end product shipping experience
- Full product lifecycle ownership including PRDs, standups, demos, QA, launches, and KPI improvement
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment with strong execution and iteration
- Excellent written communication and product documentation skills
- Strong AI fluency with hands-on use of tools such as Claude Code and Codex
- Passion for customer discovery through direct observation and workflow immersion
- Strong product instincts and willingness to launch learn and iterate rapidly

Day to day
- Own a product area end-to-end from strategy through launch and performance measurement
- Work directly with founders, engineers, operators, and customers to turn manual workflows into scalable software and AI-powered experiences
- Spend significant time with users in real workflows, uncovering pain points, validating solutions, and iterating quickly based on feedback
- Drive a rapid spec-to-ship cadence, write detailed requirements, and use AI tools to accelerate execution
