• Experience working as a Product Manager focusing on the technical aspects of a product
• A strong technical understanding, either having previously worked in a technical role or through technical training
• Demonstrable expertise in integrating data-driven methods into product management and team decisions
• Proven experience in building and sustaining cross-functional relationships
• A player-centric mindset, with a commitment to enhancing the gaming experience based on user feedback/data and an understanding of how to interact with both developers and the community to improve the game

• Prioritising projects in the technical product roadmap and coordinating between engineering, product management teams, and external stakeholders.
