Maintain early-stage development processes and create the first comprehensive product roadmap balancing client perspective technical considerations and company goals
Collaborate with our development partner customers internal customer success teams and other Product Management teams to convert business requirements into execution-ready technical requirements
Work in partnership with Engineering Managers to ensure successful delivery of product implementation feature development and ongoing product research artifacts
Interpret customer requirements understanding the operational and technical complexity involved and articulate a clear narrative around the product development process
Take ownership of a fast-growing product backlog ensuring work is well-defined prioritized and aligned with the overall product strategy
Develop trusted partnerships with internal stakeholders such as customer-facing implementation and account management teams
Effectively communicate internally and externally to keep stakeholders well-informed about ongoing efforts including items not currently prioritized
Identify roadblocks to success and efficiency proactively working to remove them in order to shorten feedback loops and enhance our collective ability to solve customer problems
Escalate issues and risks to management in a timely manner and develop appropriate mitigation strategies
