Product Manager

Day to day

• Maintain early-stage development processes and create the first comprehensive product roadmap balancing client perspective technical considerations and company goals
• Collaborate with our development partner customers internal customer success teams and other Product Management teams to convert business requirements into execution-ready technical requirements
• Work in partnership with Engineering Managers to ensure successful delivery of product implementation feature development and ongoing product research artifacts
• Interpret customer requirements understanding the operational and technical complexity involved and articulate a clear narrative around the product development process
• Take ownership of a fast-growing product backlog ensuring work is well-defined prioritized and aligned with the overall product strategy
• Develop trusted partnerships with internal stakeholders such as customer-facing implementation and account management teams
• Effectively communicate internally and externally to keep stakeholders well-informed about ongoing efforts including items not currently prioritized
• Identify roadblocks to success and efficiency proactively working to remove them in order to shorten feedback loops and enhance our collective ability to solve customer problems
• Escalate issues and risks to management in a timely manner and develop appropriate mitigation strategies
