Requirements
- 4+ years product management experience in an Agile team
- 2+ years experience with agentic products
- Proven ownership of complex product roadmaps from inception to launch
- Expert-level Jira and Confluence proficiency
- Ability to discuss API architecture and data schemas with engineers
- Strong design-thinking and user analytics experience
- Experience in a high-growth Series B startup environment
- Right to work in the UK
- Willingness to undergo a DBS check

Day to day
- Lead AI capability design and delivery within a chat-based product interface for researchers and clinicians
- Own data modelling transformation and standardisation to make sensitive data AI-ready and analytics-friendly
- Drive product roadmap prioritisation cross-functional delivery and KPI-driven iteration in an Agile environment
- Partner with design research legal and clinical teams to build intuitive compliant solutions for complex scientific workflows
