- Experience working for a fintech, with a focus on payment processing and finance is preferred.
- Strong understanding of the property management industry and lettings processes in the UK is preferred.
- Proven experience with product roadmaps, user stories, and Agile development methodologies.
- Comfortable working in a customer-facing role, with demonstrable experience of leading customer interviews.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Data-driven decision-making skills and experience with analytics tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field.

Day to day
- Lead the product lifecycle from concept through launch and ongoing optimization, focusing on the UK market.
- Contribute to the product roadmap and product vision discussions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales to ensure alignment on product vision and execution.
- Prioritise product backlog and features based on business goals, customer feedback, and market trends.
- Define key product success metrics, track product performance, and implement improvements as necessary.
