Who you are

• 3-5 years of product management experience, preferably in SaaS or property management software.
• Experience working for a fintech, with a focus on payment processing and finance is preferred.
• Strong understanding of the property management industry and lettings processes in the UK is preferred.
• Proven experience with product roadmaps, user stories, and Agile development methodologies.
• Comfortable working in a customer-facing role, with demonstrable experience of leading customer interviews.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Data-driven decision-making skills and experience with analytics tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field.

What the job involves

• Lead the product lifecycle from concept through launch and ongoing optimization, focusing on the UK market.
• Contribute to the product roadmap and product vision discussions.

• Prioritise product backlog and features based on business goals, customer feedback, and market trends.
