What the job involves

• Partnering with international internal teams, and external stakeholders, to align our digital platform strategy with customer needs and market trends
• Playing a role in product launches - communicating vision, strategy, and working with leadership to determine product priorities
• Establishing feedback loops for continuous improvement and implementation of best practice and optimization of our solutions
• Evaluating feature requests, based on business and customer needs, whilst accounting for resource and cost constraints
• Liaising with internal and external development partners, as well as content and editorial colleagues to bring products to market
• Conducting competitor and K12 market analysis with a focus on English Language Teaching (ELT), recommending strategic, data-driven decisions
