Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related discipline preferred.
- Experience with key product management functions such as requirements writing in Jira or Azure DevOps and building an MVP.
- Strong proficiency in Agile principles and iterative development.
- Proven track record of successful product lifecycle management.
- Experience in healthcare or workflow process technology is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven decision-making approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage conflicting stakeholder needs.

Day to day
- Lead the integration of technologies from newly acquired businesses into our existing product suite.
- Define and execute strategies for new feature development that align with enterprise goals.
- Work closely with developers and stakeholders to craft and maintain a clear product vision and roadmap.
- Lead Scrum teams through the product development cycle from concept to launch.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and developers to ensure successful product releases and post-release support.
