Who you are

• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline preferred.
• Experience with key product management functions such as requirements writing in Jira or Azure DevOps and building an MVP.
• Strong proficiency in Agile principles and iterative development.
• Proven track record of successful product lifecycle management.
• Experience in healthcare or workflow process technology is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven decision-making approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively manage conflicting stakeholder needs.

What the job involves

• Lead the integration of technologies from newly acquired businesses into our existing product suite.
• Define and execute strategies for new feature development that align with enterprise goals.
• Work closely with developers and stakeholders to craft and maintain a clear product vision and roadmap.
• Lead Scrum teams through the product development cycle from concept to launch.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and developers to ensure successful product releases and post-release support.
