Day to day
- Achieve or exceed annual revenue and gross margin targets for product lines
- Identify growth markets establish market analysis and forecast market changes to direct R&D efforts
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including end-users OEMs and licensors
- Conduct regular customer visits and attend major industry events
- Collaborate across departments to solve business problems manage product pricing and conduct competitor analysis
- Support new product development and market introduction
- Deliver product training to the sales team and support strategic business planning processes
