Requirements
- 12–18+ months' Product Management experience with ownership of discovery and prioritisation
- Experience conducting user research and translating insights into product decisions
- A customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Experience working within Agile product teams alongside Engineering and Design
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills
- Confidence working with ambiguity and evolving priorities
- An interest in AI and an understanding of how AI can enhance user experiences

Day to day
- Own the Search & Discovery product domain and shape its strategic roadmap.
- Conduct user research interviews and discovery sessions to understand customer problems and validate opportunities.
- Partner with UX Engineering and Delivery to prototype test and launch AI-powered product capabilities.
