Requirements
- Experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner on federal health IT programs
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Health or similar EHR platforms strongly preferred
- VA program experience is a strong plus
- Strong backlog management skills including user story writing acceptance criteria and MVP definition
- Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and guiding teams through consistent sprint cycles
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and creating clarity in complex multi-stakeholder environments
- Thrives in a remote collaborative Agile environment and enjoys working closely with engineers designers and government stakeholders
- Communicates clearly and openly whether running a planning session or presenting to VA leadership
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States
- Certain roles may require U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a federal background investigation and/or a security clearance

Day to day
- Own the product backlog and write clear user stories with actionable acceptance criteria
- Partner with engineering design and VA stakeholders to translate requirements into deliverable product work
