Requirements
- 4+ years of product management or comparable experience driving measurable business outcomes
- Experience in a marketplace business real estate investing or similar supply constrained environment
- Strong command of acquisition funnels and KPIs with ability to write simple SQL queries
- Ability to translate quantitative and qualitative data into clear product decisions and recommendations
- Experience scoping launching and evaluating product experiments
- Proven ability to build alignment and influence across cross functional teams
- Capacity to approach problems from multiple angles and generate practical solutions
- Experience using or quickly ramping on modern AI tools
- High ownership mindset bias toward action and commitment to outcomes
Day to day
- Define and refine the product vision strategy and roadmap for Supply Growth
- Partner closely with engineering design data sales marketing and support to launch high impact initiatives
- Analyze funnel metrics activation KPIs and market data run experiments and iterate to improve supply growth
