Requirements
- 4+ years of product management or comparable experience delivering measurable business outcomes
- Experience in a marketplace business real estate investing or similar supply constrained environment
- Strong understanding of acquisition funnels and KPIs with ability to write simple SQL queries
- Ability to translate quantitative and qualitative data into clear product decisions and recommendations
- Experience scoping launching and evaluating product experiments
- Proven ability to build alignment and influence across cross functional teams
- Ability to generate innovative practical solutions to complex problems
- Experience using or quickly ramping on modern AI tools for product discovery execution and analysis

Day to day
- Define and refine the product vision strategy and roadmap for Supply Growth using data customer insights and business priorities
- Partner with engineering design data sales marketing and support to launch high impact initiatives that improve property activations and supply growth
- Lead agile rituals run experiments analyze funnel metrics and iterate quickly to drive measurable business impact
