- A software development background is required
- Experience working with REST APIs is a bonus

Day to day
- Take ownership of one of Plivo’s products to define a long-term roadmap
- Engage with customers and cross-functional teams to design, deliver, and support the product
- Manage the product backlog and prioritise product stories in engineering sprints
- Work closely with engineering teams on new features and critical bugs
- Handle internal and external stakeholder management
- Define and execute the product roadmap
- Develop and conduct product training programs
