Requirements

  • Product Experience: 4+ years of experience in delivering products in data space targeting enterprise companies
  • Developed empathy for data engineers or data analysts by playing those roles
  • Experience operating in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity
  • Good knowledge of SQL, some coding skills (Python), and familiarity with Figma
  • Technical degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ex-startup founders, data engineers, engineers, and analysts are preferred

Day to day

  • Expect to own one of our products as if you were a founder
  • Shape the product that enables large enterprises to build their data platforms and data pipelines
  • Work with data practitioners to improve our product and increase adoption
  • Work with our founders and leaders to determine and execute the product strategy of the business
  • Own end-to-end product management lifecycle
  • Understand customer pain points, gather customer requirements, design features, and collaborate with engineering to deliver a polished market-ready product
  • Spin up your environment, use and test your product thoroughly - be the hands-on expert
  • Measure the product success and continuously refine the user experience
  • Drive launches with product marketing through blog posts, release notes, and webinars
  • Not be afraid of getting your hands dirty, e.g., by building high-quality mocks yourself or collecting detailed customer feedback
