What the job involves
As Product Manager for PXP Instore payment services you will be responsible for the end-to-end-process of defining and extending our suite of products relating to our customer-present offering (standalone card readers, enterprise solutions for retail, hospitality and cruise as well as our new offerings for enterprise and B2C customers).
Identifying market needs, opportunities, and introducing new ideas to differentiate us from competitors.
Creating and shaping the product vision, identifying potential partners, and planning region-specific strategies for market entry.
Engaging with customer segments to understand their perceptions and areas for continuous improvement.
Developing business cases for new products and extensions in collaboration with stakeholders and product owners.
Establishing KPIs and metrics to gauge the success of products throughout their lifecycle.
Collaborating with product owners on release packages and development sequences within an agile environment.
Providing internal training, creating product documentation, and supporting marketing activities.
