Requirements

- 2+ years of experience as a product manager or relevant experience
- Passion for improving the financial lives of people
- Owner’s mindset taking on challenges and not shying away from difficult tasks
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and visualization tools like Looker Mode Python R or Amplitude
- Combination of technical prowess empathy and strategy
- Master cross functional collaborator comfortable working with product managers engineers and operational teams
- Experience in a fast-growing startup and fintech industry is a plus
- Experience with running experiments especially multi-variant experiments is a plus

Day to day
- Help define the roadmap for a set of core capabilities that power Rocket Money
- Optimize the products and systems under your preview to create seamless robust efficient and engaging experiences
- Build deep expertise in a number of core technical systems which leverage APIs and other 3rd party integrations
- Perform quantitative qualitative and experimental research independently and with partners to inform decision making
- Engage closely with cross functional partners including Engineering Design Data CRM and Member Support to determine how best to build and implement solutions to achieve our customer objectives
