- Experience in B2B SaaS healthcare technology or enterprise software
- Proven ownership of product roadmaps and customer-facing software delivery
- Strong understanding of agile development practices and software delivery processes
- Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into product specifications
- Ability to prioritize competing requests and make data-driven decisions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working closely with engineering teams and technical stakeholders
- Hands-on experience with Jira or similar tools
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority

Day to day
- Define and communicate product vision strategy and roadmap aligned to company objectives
- Collaborate across operations analytics engineering clinical review and executives to turn business needs into product solutions
- Own the product lifecycle from discovery through delivery while balancing customer needs business goals and technical feasibility
- Partner with engineering and QA to deliver high quality product releases and drive adoption and continuous improvement
