What the job involves
- Define and implement the Wholesale product portfolio creating a roadmap for delivery
- Drive action throughout the organisation and with external suppliers to deliver Wholesale products to market
- Ensure that products delivered are market leading whilst assuring commercial success and profitability for the company
- Be the lead in the organisation for researching Wholesale products in the market providing relevant insight to stakeholders
- Lead on documenting high-level requirements for systems definition and implementation
- Manage all aspects of Wholesale in-life products including Partner feedback requirements and issues
- Create content on products which leans into company’s brand and ‘tone of voice’ ensuring that products are launched on well-researched media
- Ensure the relevant teams and the Partner are trained effectively on company’s Wholesale product portfolio
- Document and maintain the Wholesale product specification(s)
- Ensure the desired Wholesale Partner Experience is delivered and maintained throughout the organisation
