Requirements
- 2-3 years as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a fast-paced or early-stage environment
- Experience working directly with clients, gathering requirements, managing relationships, and project managing delivery
- Strong command of Agile/Scrum practices and tools such as YouTrack, Notion, or Jira
- Ability to write clear epics, user stories, specifications, and acceptance criteria
- Basic UX/UI understanding and ability to collaborate with designers; Figma familiarity is a plus
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, including expectation-setting and cross-functional alignment
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where systems are still being built
- Experience using analytics, user research, and experimentation tools to guide decisions
- Ability to be proactive and available in a remote working position

Day to day
- Take end-to-end ownership of product features from concept through delivery
- Engage stakeholders to capture, refine, and document feature requests into structured requirements
- Prioritise the backlog, coordinate releases, and align design, engineering, QA, and business teams
- Analyse usage data and user feedback to shape roadmap decisions and drive continuous improvement
