Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in computer science, engineering, design or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Based in greater Boston MA, San Jose/San Francisco CA, or Baltimore/Columbia MD areas
- 2+ years of experience in Product Management, Sales Engineering, Solutions Architect, Management Consulting, Product Owner or related customer facing roles
- Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work independently
- Demonstrated track record as an empathetic listener and team player
- Success translating complex qualitative and quantitative customer feedback into successful products/features/solutions
- Outstanding organizational skills to manage, align and prioritize a backlog of competing priorities
- Experience collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data from disparate sources
- Ability to document research findings, market analysis, and product requirements for technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to work with and lead cross-functional teams in a matrix organization
- Strong oral, written, and presentation communication skills
Day to day
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and gather requirements
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends and areas for product improvement
- Develop detailed product roadmaps and strategies to guide the product lifecycle
- Collaborate with sales engineering teams to align product features with customer expectations
- Create and present compelling presentations to stakeholders to communicate product vision and progress
