Who you are

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in computer science, engineering, design or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Based in greater Boston MA, San Jose/San Francisco CA, or Baltimore/Columbia MD areas
  • 2+ years of experience in Product Management, Sales Engineering, Solutions Architect, Management Consulting, Product Owner or related customer facing roles
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work independently
  • Demonstrated track record as an empathetic listener and team player
  • Success translating complex qualitative and quantitative customer feedback into successful products/features/solutions
  • Outstanding organizational skills to manage, align and prioritize a backlog of competing priorities
  • Experience collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data from disparate sources
  • Ability to document research findings, market analysis, and product requirements for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to work with and lead cross-functional teams in a matrix organization
  • Strong oral, written, and presentation communication skills

  • Develop detailed product roadmaps and strategies to guide the product lifecycle
