Requirements
- 7+ years in an analytical, product-focused role
- 5+ years delivering products as a Product Manager
- 2+ years writing user stories and defining epics
- 2+ years writing code preferred
- Experience in construction technology or IoT preferred
- Experience bringing products to market in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Computer Science Design IT Economics or related STEM field or equivalent
- Ability to create process flows and standard operating procedures
- Strong analytical thinking and decision-making abilities
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical people
- Demonstrated commitment to customers and high-quality standards

Day to day
- Leads the full feature and product lifecycle from planning through launch and ongoing maintenance
- Works closely with Engineering, Design, and cross-functional teams to translate concepts into specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Captures the voice of the customer through research, analyzes data, and drives product vision, roadmap, adoption, and go-to-market execution
