Requirements
- Experience with Agile methodologies and full SDLC especially requirements elicitation
- In-depth understanding of SaaS products and technical integrations
- Familiarity with integration of partner software API(s) as a mechanism to enhance product functionality
- Strong technical background with experience working with APIs software development teams or systems integration
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Growth mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- 5+ years of industry experience with at least 2+ years of product management experience
- Bachelor's degree in engineering business marketing or relevant field or equivalent professional experience
- Ability to travel up to 15% of the time
- Healthcare product management experience is desirable but not mandatory
- Familiarity with JIRA & Confluence is a plus

Day to day
- Manage technical integrations with third-party platforms and external partners
- Serve as product owner for agile scrum product development process by owning the product backlog, creating user stories, acceptance criteria, etc. and shepherding software builds through testing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and market adoption
- Drive product performance through data-driven decision-making and continuous iteration
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform product roadmap
