Who you are

• Experience with Agile methodologies and full SDLC especially requirements elicitation
• In-depth understanding of SaaS products and technical integrations
• Familiarity with integration of partner software API(s) as a mechanism to enhance product functionality
• Strong technical background with experience working with APIs software development teams or systems integration
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Growth mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment
• 5+ years of industry experience with at least 2+ years of product management experience
• Bachelor's degree in engineering business marketing or relevant field or equivalent professional experience
• Ability to travel up to 15% of the time
• Healthcare product management experience is desirable but not mandatory
• Familiarity with JIRA & Confluence is a plus

What the job involves

• Manage technical integrations with third-party platforms and external partners
• Serve as product owner for agile scrum product development process by owning the product backlog, creating user stories, acceptance criteria, etc. and shepherding software builds through testing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and market adoption
• Drive product performance through data-driven decision-making and continuous iteration
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform product roadmap
