What the job involves

• You will work closely with the Head of Product on a day to day basis, becoming highly knowledgeable about our platform from a tech point of view
• Collaborate with a product designer to solve problems relating to product development
• Gather and qualify feedback from customers
• Oversee all product lifecycle processes from research to release
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for engineering teams
• Ensure new functionalities are implemented as per specifications
• Use data to measure feature adoption, satisfaction, and product metrics
• Collaborate with marketing to develop product positioning and messaging
• Keep updated with competitive positioning and market changes
• Contribute to our team and company culture at Vable

• Intro Call: You will meet a member of the People team on a 30 minute zoom call; you don't need to prepare anything in advance. Personality & Role Specific Tests
• Interview: If we’re both excited to proceed, you will be invited to a second stage interview with Matthew, Head of Product and another applicable manager. Final Interview: Will be with the Head of Product and Head of Technology. This part of the process may include a task/presentation.
