- 3-4 years experience as Product Manager in B2B SaaS or 2-3 years in UX Design or Product Operations with 1 year as Product Manager
- 2 years experience developing APIs / Integrating platforms
- Technical and data driven
- Proven experience overseeing Product Development Lifecycle
- Experience in managing, motivating, coaching, and mentoring
- Expert in Figma
- Proficient in PM tools for UX testing, Project Management, Feature Management
- Problem solver with experience in complex workflow design
- Strong communication skills
- High empathy and curiosity
- Experience working and collaborating with remote teams
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English
- Right to live and work in the UK

Day to day
- Work closely with Head of Product daily
- Become knowledgeable about our platform
- Collaborate with product designer to solve product-related problems
- Gather and qualify feedback from customers
- Drive execution of all product lifecycle processes
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for engineering teams
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure product success
- Measure and report product KPIs and metrics
- Develop product positioning and messaging
- Understand competitive positioning and market landscape
Hiring process
- Intro Call with People team
- Personality & Role Specific Tests
- Second stage interview with Head of Product & applicable manager
- Final interview with Head of Product & product team (may include a task/presentation)
