Requirements
- 3-5+ years of product management experience
- Execute with high velocity to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Customer obsessed and have experience building best-in-class user experiences
- Use customer, usage, and market data to effectively drive decision making
- Partner across multiple teams and stakeholders to create a path to achieve it
- Systems thinker and understand how a feature fits into the broader Webflow product and customer workflows and tech stacks
- Understand website technologies and the tools teams use to build and optimize their sites
- Balance building for the long-term with delivering near-term wins for users
- Thrive in ambiguity that comes with a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Day to day
- Advance the vision of Webflow’s collaboration capabilities, ensuring it scales to our largest and most strategic customers
- Partner with a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, researchers and data scientists to execute on your roadmap and deliver impact
- Partner closely with other product and engineering teams to evangelize collaboration across the company
