Role

3-5+ years of product management experience
Execute with high velocity to deliver exceptional customer experiences
Customer obsessed and have experience building best-in-class user experiences
Use customer, usage, and market data to effectively drive decision making
Partner across multiple teams and stakeholders to create a path to achieve it
Systems thinker and understand how a feature fits into the broader Webflow product and customer workflows and tech stacks
Understand website technologies and the tools teams use to build and optimize their sites
Balance building for the long-term with delivering near-term wins for users
Thrive in ambiguity that comes with a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Advance the vision of Webflow’s collaboration capabilities, ensuring it scales to our largest and most strategic customers
Partner with a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, researchers and data scientists to execute on your roadmap and deliver impact
Partner closely with other product and engineering teams to evangelize collaboration across the company
