Requirements
- 4+ years collaborating cross-functionally with engineers designers operations experts and others in Product Management or adjacent roles
- 2+ years driving rigorous prioritization processes
- 2+ years working with tech systems and basic infrastructure such as backend services database relationships and SQL
Nice to have
- Health tech experience
Day to day
- Own the vision strategy and roadmap for network product investments that expand provider coverage nationwide
- Partner with engineering operations and business teams to build efficient onboarding compliance and maintenance workflows
- Define OKRs and KPIs then analyze data and user research to improve operational and financial performance
- Drive complex cross functional initiatives diagnose issues quickly and manage timelines risks and stakeholder communication
