Requirements
- 4+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or relevant domain area
- Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities
- Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes
- Experience in product or platform-wide release management
- Proven experience in deployment processes and strategies
- Strong organization and execution capabilities, including leading initiatives and cross functional teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to effectively synthesize, organize and communicate complex information
Day to day
- Shape the future of payment solutions, enabling seamless transactions for millions of merchants and customers.
- Create and articulate a comprehensive product vision, strategy and roadmap for your product area.
- Work closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Data Science, and Go-to-Market teams to create a cohesive product vision.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities for new payment products and features that meet the evolving demands of our merchants.
- Utilize customer feedback, behavior data, and analytics to continuously improve the payments experience, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
