Requirements
- 3+ years of Product Management experience in SaaS AdTech MarTech or related technology environments
- Experience improving onboarding feature adoption engagement or retention within a software product
- Experience using product telemetry customer behavior data and user feedback to identify opportunities and measure impact
- Hands-on experience with in-product engagement platforms such as PostHog Pendo Intercom Appcues Product Fruits WalkMe Chameleon or similar tools
- Strong understanding of how to design launch and optimize onboarding flows product tours tooltips checklists announcements and feature adoption programs
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to align Product Engineering Design Product Marketing and Customer Success
- Proven ability to independently own initiatives from concept through launch
