We're a small team obsessed with deep thinking, speed, craftsmanship, and a customer-focused approach, committed to building the best care experience in healthcare with a 30-year horizon.

The founding team has a strong background in medical, product, operations, and engineering. The team has built multiple 0-1 products and scaled to 60+MM ARR and 100+ MM MAU.

We help physicians to achieve independence by making it easier to start, operate, and grow their practices. We believe that the future of healthcare will not come from bureaucratic health care systems, but individual physicians. We are reducing the barriers for physicians to own their practice and make healthcare better for everyone.

We have strong product-market fit ($10MM+ ARR in under 14 months since launch).

We are profitable and funded by top-tier VCs in the healthcare vertical.

About Us

We are a small team that cares about deep thinking, speed, craftsmanship, and putting customers first. Our mission is to build the best care experience in healthcare, on a 30 year horizon.

We help physicians achieve independence by making it easier to start, operate, and grow their practices. We believe the future of healthcare will be driven by individual physicians, not by large bureaucratic systems. Lowering the barrier to practice ownership lets doctors deliver better care for everyone.

The founding team brings deep expertise across medicine, product, operations, and engineering, including more than 30 years of experience running independent practices across urgent care centers, surgical centers, and beyond. We have built 0-to-1 products at Meta, Dropbox, Instagram, Coda, and Nomad, and have founded companies with valuations exceeding $1B and more than 100M MAU.

Highlights

We have strong product market fit. $15M+ ARR in under 15 months. We are profitable and funded by top tier healthcare investors. We are about 30 people today and rapidly growing across the company. You will fit in here if you want to own a product, a process, or a function and take it from 1 to 100.

The Role

This is a role for someone who wants real ownership, not just of a roadmap, but of outcomes. You’ll take products, workflows, and business-critical problems from 1 to 100, shaping both what we build and how we scale it.

You’ll operate at every altitude. At 10,000 feet, you’ll define product direction, identify high-leverage opportunities, and the workflow can be fundamentally reinvented with the advanced technology, particularly AI. At the one-inch level, you’ll become deeply fluent in legal and medical workflows, dogfood the product, work directly with customers, and uncover the friction others miss.

You’ll be scrappy, hands-on, and close to the work. You’ll turn real-world insight into products people trust and rely on, while continuously testing, learning, and improving.

You’re a systems thinker with the imagination to design truly AI-native experiences—and the operational discipline to build the processes, feedback loops, and systems that make those experiences better over time.

What You’ll Do

Lead the end-to-end development of our platform features, from problem definition through launch and iteration. Develop product strategy, define the roadmap, and make clear trade-offs in fast-moving, ambiguous environments. Partner closely with engineering and design to prototype quickly using agents, and other emerging AI capabilities. Roll up your sleeves to be involved in the operations, improve processes, and close feedback loops. Map workflows to the broader product, identifying where out-of-the-box agent capabilities fit and where custom development is needed. Translate quantitative and qualitative insights into product requirements, user stories, success metrics, and launch plans. Define and track success metrics for the functions you support, ensuring solutions deliver measurable productivity and quality outcomes. Establish the operating rhythms, measurement, and processes needed to scale successful products.

What You’ll Bring

2-5 years of product management experience, including experience building, platformizing and scaling integrations products with emerging technologies. Comfort navigating extreme ambiguity, defining structure from zero, and driving clarity for cross-functional teams. Strong customer empathy and a bias toward action, learning, and iteration. Genuine interest in operations: willing to spend time in the field, learn workflows firsthand, and partner deeply with operational teams. Ability to balance strategic thinking with executional detail. Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills across technical and non-technical teams. Comfort using data to make decisions, define success, and identify opportunities. A collaborative, low-ego approach and willingness to do what is needed to move the work forward.

Nice to have

Experience in operationally complex environments such as healthcare, field services, and legal. Experience with pilots, service design, process improvement, or launching products with real-world operational dependencies. Prior role in a hyper-growth startup or high-performing enterprise product org.
