Requirements
- Bachelors degree
- 1-4 years of experience in product operations business operations project coordination or related role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Comfort working with data spreadsheets dashboards or basic analytics tools
- Highly organized with ability to juggle multiple workstreams and deadlines
- Curiosity about technology and how software products are built and used

Day to day
- Support product launches by coordinating go-to-market activities and creating training materials
- Work with product managers onboarding support and integration partners to keep launches and new integrations aligned
- Collect organize and synthesize user feedback from clinics pet parents and internal stakeholders to surface patterns that inform product decisions
- Maintain clear product documentation including requirements user stories release notes and process guides
- Track product KPIs monitor dashboards flag anomalies and help keep cross-functional workflows moving smoothly
