• Good working knowledge of Office software
• Ability to work on own initiative but also happy to work collaboratively on certain projects

• Previous travel company experience

What the job involves

• The role involves supporting the Traveleyes product manager with various administrative tasks and taking ownership of the Tour Manager and customer information packs
• Key responsibilities include liaising with ground agents and local suppliers to ensure all operational aspects of Traveleyes holidays are confirmed
• Additional duties include helping to source information and images for new products, monitoring feedback to identify ways to improve the product or service offered, providing visa information support, and collaborating with the Product Manager to discuss new ideas for the product range
