Day to day
- Resolve day-to-day operational issues and regulatory requests across the product portfolio, using judgment to choose the right course of action.
- Intake, triage, and scope incoming bugs and stakeholder requests for Product and Engineering, then follow through with clear updates and resolution tracking.
- Support course and product launches, maintain the course catalog, and investigate product metrics to spot trends and drive improvements.
