Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a technical role such as forward deployed engineering technical product management or similar at a fast-paced startup
- Passion and curiosity for AI systems including modern LLMs
- Track record of turning complex strategic ideas into scalable production-grade products
- Familiarity with SQL and comfort analyzing data to validate hypotheses
- Ability to navigate technical tradeoffs and communicate complex concepts clearly

Day to day
- Lead end-to-end development for the AI platform and customer experiences from roadmap to rollout.
- Partner with engineers to design prompt strategies evaluation frameworks and guardrails while balancing latency cost and accuracy.
- Serve as a technical translator across engineering and the broader organization establishing AI best practices platform standards and continuous improvements.
