  • 3-5 years of experience in an IT PO role
  • Technical-related degree preferred
  • Expert knowledge of systems and processes
  • Act as a referral point for queries and problems
  • Document solutions and builds
  • Technical point of contact for dedicated server products
  • Train and share knowledge of systems and products
  • Resolve escalated issues
  • Identify, plan, and implement hardware and software upgrades
  • Suggest and implement architectural improvements
  • Review system logs and monitor systems
  • Vendor management and communication
  • Keep informed of current I.T. technologies

Nice to have

  • Certified Product Owner or equivalent qualification
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Coordinating projects

Day to day

  • You will be part of our cross-functional Product Platform Team
  • Lead roadmap development and execution
  • Identify optimisation in a product lifecycle for our Dedicated Server products and tools
  • Role involves close collaboration with various teams across our global business
